I was helping my cousin NightShade to illustrate some of her scenes from an IZ fanfic she was writing. I'll explain the scenes:

Scene 1-After Zim finds out he was no longer an invader, he vents out his frustrations by going to confide with Dib, and hot saucy bedding ensued. Soon they got past their rivalry, but somehow when they're starting to be good friends, Dib felt out of sorts and tested himself just for kicks, only to find out that he was literally knocked up. Needless to say, Dib argued with Zim and blurted out the brutal truth, then broke down (probably due to hormones)

Scene 2-Zim, his heart ached by the sadness of his friend, went down on his knees to apologize and comfort him, promising him that he would never leave him alone to raise the smeeby

Scene 3-Surprisingly, Gaz proved to be overprotective when she heard her brother being knocked up by an alien. She couldn't care less if Zim was a real-life alien, but no one knocks up her brother and gets away with it. Luckily Dib managed to convince her from castrating the poor alien. Zim and Dib also came clean to Dib's father about Zim's true nature and Dib's condition, but instead of being upset, the good doctor was all smiles and glad to have grandchildren (Personally I believe because he'll have a new interesting experiment to observe)

Scene 4-Zim and Dib decided to wait until the smeeby is born before considering to tie the knot. As they lived under one roof in an apartment Dib's dad got for them, their feelings towards each other deepened and became more than friends

Scene 5-Dib soon felt the birth pangs kicking in when he was about 6 months in his gestation (apparently alien pregnancies last shorter). Zim, who was in the lab working on some stuff, could feel Dib was in trouble and when he came to check on him, there was Dib feeling the contractions getting worse

Scene 6-Thank goodness for alien science. When Dib was still pregnant, Zim and Dib's dad got together to help Dib create a birth canal that will serve as a way for the smeeby to come out. Since Dib's dad was away on his usual work, Zim had to help Dib with the delivery. After hours of hard labour (no pun intended), Dib finally pushed out the smeeby egg

Scene 7-Zim and Dib waited for the smeeby egg to hatch (which takes about a day and a half), and moments later, a wailing smeeby came to the world, in which Zim and Dib named him Jaz
